Questions?
I work with newborns, infants, and toddlers through to age 3.5. My approach and method is tailored to your child"s age and stage specifically.
I do not use outdated extinction methods. I also don't promise no tears, as crying is a child's way of communication. I work with approaches that offer flexibility, are responsive to the child, and implement change gradually, at your chosen pace. Some methods are fully hands-on and some more structured. Age of your child, and your family preferences define our sleep plan and strategies.
Most families start seeing real results within 1 week. Some babies take a little longer, depending on age, habits, and the approach we choose. I'll give you realistic expectations on your free call.
Sleep coaching in your home offers the most direct hands-on guidance parents can get. We get to know each other and your child in person and have the opportunity to troubleshoot in real time as needed. In our preparation stage we will define our roles, from observation, to soothing, and caretaking. Our in-home support is customizable, limited to 3 days, and can include 1 overnight. The follow up daily support continues virtually for the next 3+ weeks. The support includes 2x 1 hour consultation, and a sleep plan.
It's a 20-minute conversation, no sales pitch, no pressure. We talk through what's going on with your baby's sleep, what you've already tried, and what support would actually help. From there, you can decide if working together makes sense for your family.
Yes, except for our in-home coaching, sessions and support happen online via call, video call and messaging. This offers some flexibility for me and my clients. Everything is designed to fit into your daily life.
Plans often need adjusting as you go, that's to be expected and it's exactly why ongoing support is built into each package. I'm with you through the whole process, troubleshooting and adapting as we see how your baby responds.
I’ll send you a sleep questionnaire to gather more information I need to create your unique sleep plan, along with a link to book your first consultation call so we can get started.
